Coming from a competitive gymnastics background former body building competitor and current gymnastics coach Michelle is a fantastic motivator and incredible CrossFit coach. Currently holding her USAG certificate and continuing education in Nutrition she rounds out the coaching staff and compliments the CrossFit lifestyle!

With a bachelors degree in sport performance, Brian does the programming for the box. Using his degree in combination with his USAW level 1, CF L-2, USATF level 1, and AFAA personal training certification he creates programming that fits the needs of beginners and competitive CrossFit athletes alike. Coming from a Division 1 track and field background, athletic training studies, and general/special population personal training he can deal with all injuries from your life before CrossFit.
