Coming from a Collegiate Track and Field background, Brian received his Bachelors degree in Sport and Leisure management with a concentration in sport performance in 2011. Also holding his CrossFit Level 1, USA Weightlifting  certificate, USATF, and AFAA certificate he is well versed in the many movement varieties CrossFit offers!


This is my "home away from home". When you spend 4-6 days a week around the same people, they become your second family. Brian has fostered a community of people that come from all walks of life who celebrate your victories and pick you up when you feel defeated. Any new fitness journey can be terrifying, and you can bet that the coaching and community will welcome you with open arms. Come play and try a few classes - you won't regret it!

Coming from a competitive gymnastics background former competitor and coach Michelle is a fantastic coach and motivator. Currently holding her USAG certificate and continuing education in Nutrition she rounds out the coaching staff and compliments the CrossFit lifestyle!
